Every year we host a 5 day camp at Camp Hickory Hill in Varysburg, NY. For 2011 the camp dates are August 22-26 This year’s camp will be our 2
7 th and it is already shaping up to be the best and biggest one yet!! Last year we took over 60 kids down, and this year we are inviting area youth groups so it should be alot bigger!! The campground can hold up to about 250 kids, so we have plenty of room for everyone!! Camp activities will include daily games (capture the flag, kickball, etc), fishing, canoeing, mountain biking, swimming, access to the rec hall where you can play carpet ball, ping pong, or pool, and much much more!! For pictures from last years camp, click here. The cost to attend camp is $200, and that includes everything. If you cannot afford to come to camp scholarships are available. Contact us for more information regarding scholarships. We don’t want financial issues to get in the way of you coming to camp!! If you would like to sponsor a child so they can come to camp you can do so by clicking on the “donate button” below. The cost to do so is $200. However any amount helps. If you would like to donate a smaller, or larger amount of your choosing then click here. The button below is strictly to sponsor a child to go to camp.

Camp Rules:
- There will be absolutely NO guys in girls cabins or vice versa
- You will sleep in your assigned cabin, no exceptions
- You will attend all mandatory functions (services, meetings, certain games, team events, devotions, meals, etc) of camp
- No PDA (public displays of affection) beyond holding hands. We are here to grow in our relationship with God, not our boyfriend/girlfriend
- Vandalism and destruction of property Will not be tolerated!! You will pay the cost of any damages you cause
- Listen to everything the leaders/counselors tell you
- More rules will be added at the first meeting on day 1 of camp, these are just the basics
What should I bring to camp?
- A sleeping bag or blanket, and a pillow
- Toothpaste and toothbrush (nobody likes bad breath)
- Soap/deodorant (nobody likes B.O.)
- Sneakers for games. I recommend at least 2 pairs so if one gets wet you have extra
- Flip Flops/sandals are recommended
- Extra clothes (I bring about 10 days worth so I have extras in case I get wet or muddy)
- A Bible, and a pen/paper to take notes. If you don’t have a Bible we will have extras.
Scholarships:
We rely on sponsors to help pay for the scholarships that we offer to kids who cannot afford to come to camp. If you would like to sponsor a child to come to camp, the cost is $200, but you do not have to provide the whole $200 if you don’t want/can’t afford to. Any amount helps!!! To donate click here. If you sponsor a child, or even if you don’t, you are welcome to come out to camp for a day to see what it’s all about. For more info, contact Rich at (585)-993-2180
